- 1). Download and install the latest version of iTunes if you do not already have it on your Mac. iTunes is the default management program for iPods.
- 2). Connect your iPod to the computer using the supplied USB cable and launch iTunes. iTunes displays your iPod on the left panel under "Devices."
- 3). Click "iTunes" and click "Add to Library." Locate your video file and import it to the iTunes Library. Repeat this process to upload additional videos to the iTunes library.
- 4). Click your iPod on the left panel and click the "Movies" tab. Click the "Sync Movies" check-box and click the movie you want to upload to your iPod. Click the "Automatically include all movies" check-box if you want to upload all the videos in the iTunes library.
- 5). Click "Apply" to upload the videos to your iPod. When you are done, right-click your iPod on the left panel and click "Eject." Close iTunes and disconnect your player from the computer.
