- 1). Open on your computer the saved folder that contains the downloaded LimeWire movies. If you have trouble locating the folder, you can often find it saved under "My Documents" as "Downloaded LimeWire Files."
- 2). Open Apple's iTunes program on your computer.
- 3). Click the movie file from within the saved LimeWire folder and drag it into the "Library" section of iTunes on the top left side corner of the application. When prompted for conversion to M4V, select "Convert." Repeat this process for each movie file that you wish to transfer from LimeWire to iTunes. iTunes will create an M4V version of the file, which is compatible with the Apple iPod and iTunes itself.
