How Do I Keep Cheap Bluetooth Earphones From Breaking?
- 1). Never put your bluetooth earphones near a sink, toilet or other water source. Even though you may be tempted, wireless earphones should not be used in the shower. The steam from a hot shower can damage the delicate internal structure of the earphones. Do not place them next to a glass of water in case a spill occurs.
- 2). Buy a hard case for them to avoid crushing them. Many users place their earphones in a backpack or pocket. All it takes is sitting on them or tossing your backpack, and you can find yourself with broken earphones.
- 3). Keep your earphones at room temperature whenever possible. As with any electronic device, excessively hot or cold temperatures can cause damage. If you leave your earphones in a car overnight, they are vulnerable to changes in temperature.
- 4). Deplete the Bluetooth battery completely before every recharge. Allow ample time for a complete recharge before use; using the earphones while they are charging may damage the device or battery. Failing to deplete the battery before recharging may damage the battery and shorten its lifespan.
