For PCs

• 1). Open iTunes on your PC.
  
  
• 2). Click "File" at the top of iTunes and select "Add File to Library" from the drop-down list.
  
  
• 3). Locate the video file in the "Add to Library" window and click it once. Click the "Open" button to import it to iTunes.
  
  
• 4). Select the "Movies" tab in the iTunes source list, and select the recently added movie so that it is highlighted.
  
  
• 5). Click "Advanced" at the top of the iTunes menu and click "Create iPod or iPhone Version." iTunes will create an additional copy of the program in the Movies section.
  
  
• 6). Right-click the original video file in the Movies section and click "Delete." Click "Yes" in the pop-up box to confirm the deletion.
  
  

For Macs

• 1). Open iTunes.
  
  
• 2). Select "File" at the top of the screen and click "Add File to Library" from the menu.
  
  
• 3). Locate the video file in the "Add to Library" window and double-click it to import it.
  
  
• 4). Click the "Movies" tab under the Library section in the iTunes source list, and click the video file.
  
  
• 5). Select "Advanced" at the top of the screen and select "Create iPod or iPhone Version." Right-click the original movie and select "Move to Trash."
