How to Make a Fake Topiary

1). Place the styrofoam cube in the flower pot. If the cube doesn't fit snugly in the pot, hot glue it to the bottom of the pot.
2). Stick the dowel into the middle of the styrofoam cube. Make sure that it goes far enough into the styrofoam so that it can stand upright.
3). Stuff all of the empty areas of the pot with peat moss. Glue a thick layer of peat moss over the top of the styrofoam.
4). Insert the largest styrofoam ball onto the dowel, bringing it down until it is about 6 inches above the peat moss.
5). Stick the middle sized styrofoam ball onto the dowel, bringing it down until it is 6 inches above the first styrofoam ball
6). Stick the smallest styrofoam ball onto the top of the dowel, making sure that the dowel does not stick through the top of the ball.
7). Glue faux ivy all over the styrofoam balls until you cannot see the styrofoam anymore.
