- 1). Click the Windows "Start" menu, select "All Programs" and click "Windows Fax and Scan to launch the fax utility.
- 2). Click "New Fax" on the toolbar near the top menu. The fax setup wizard will launch. Follow the guided prompts on the wizard. For example, when prompted, enter your recipients fax number and your outgoing message.
