    Install Windows XP Patch

    • 1). Go to the Windows XP Patch: InterActual DVD Playback Application Error page from the Microsoft Download Center.

    • 2). Click the "Continue" button to validate the installation of Windows on your computer.

    • 3). Click the "Download" button to save the patch file to your system. Click the "Save File" button when the dialog box appears. Select a location to save the patch file and then click the "Save" button.

    • 4). Double-click the saved file to install the patch on your system.

    • 5). Play the DVD with the InterActual Player again to see if the application error was corrected.

    Install Windows Service Pack 3

    • 1). Go to the Windows XP Service Pack 3 Network Installation for IT Professionals and Developers page from the Microsoft Download Center.

    • 2). Click the "Download" button and then click the "Save File" button when the dialog box appears. Select a location to save the patch file and then click the "Save" button.

    • 3). Double-click the saved file to install the patch on your system. Wait while the Service Pack is installed and then reboot your computer.

    • 4). Wait for the operating system to load, and then try the DVD with the InterActual Player again.
