1). Place a piece of sea glass in the plastic container. Cover the sea glass with water without submerging the glass.
2). Put on the safety glasses and insert the diamond tip in the Dremel drill. Carefully drill a hole through the sea glass while holding it in place with the eraser tip of the pencil, making sure to add more water to keep the glass covered until the hole is finished.
3). Repeat the drilling process with the small shells.
4). Insert the jump rings in the holes in the sea glass and shells by opening the rings slightly with your fingers. Insert the jump rings in the silver chain links.
