- 1). Open your Internet browser, and visit www.menshealth.com.
- 2). Scroll to the bottom of the website's main page, and click "Gift" under the Services category listed at the very bottom of the page..
- 3). Enter the gift recipient's name and address onto the proper lines where prompted under the text that reads "Sent to: (Gift #1)."
- 4). Enter your own name, address and email address where required, under the text that reads "From: (Sender)."
- 5). Choose your gift-subscription length. The site allows you to choose a gift of one year or two years.
- 6). Enter your payment information where prompted.
- 7). Click "Place Order."
