- 1). Clean entry doors and windows using the glass cleaner and a paper towels. Wipe away all fingerprints, smudges and dirt and make sure the surface has a streak-free shine.
- 2). Clean interior windows of doors using the glass cleaner and paper towels.
- 3). Dust surfaces of desks and shelves using the dusting cloth.
- 4). Spray waterproof surfaces such as desktops and counters with disinfectant spray and wipe the surface with a paper towel. Use the same paper towel now damp with disinfectant to clean sensitive surfaces such as keyboards, fax machines, telephones and light switches.
- 5). Examine the ceiling corners and high areas of the workspace for cobwebs and dusty vents.
- 6). Vacuum the ceiling corners and high areas using the hose of the high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) vacuum. High areas include air vents that can harbor cobwebs and create allergic reactions or aggravate asthma for employees exposed over long periods of time.
- 7). Vacuum the carpet using the HEPA filter vacuum cleaner. HEPA filters allergens and pollutants from the air, providing the highest level of cleaning service.
