How to Clean a China Kitchen Hood

1). Fill a sink full of hot water and 3 tbsp. dish soap. Remove the vent screen from the inside of the kitchen hood and place it in the sink. Scrub the screen with the soapy water and allow it to soak for 15 to 20 minutes.
2). Fill the spray bottle full of vinegar and spray it on the outside of the kitchen hood. Allow it to sit for two to three minutes. Vinegar will help remove the grease from the China kitchen hood.
3). Wet a cloth and wipe the vinegar off the kitchen hood.
4). Rinse the vent screen with clean warm water and spray it with vinegar to remove any stuck-on grease. Scrub the screen one more time and rinse it off again.
5). Allow the screen to air-dry. Place it back into the kitchen hood when it is dry.
