    • 1). Start "System Restore" by navigating to the "Start Menu," then selecting "All Programs," "Accessories," "System Tools" then "System Restore."

    • 2). Select "Restore my computer to an earlier time" and click "Next."

    • 3). Select a restore point from the available restore points listed on the calendar and click "Next." Note that it is recommended that you use the most recent "Restore Point" first, unless you know it to also be affected by registry problems.

    • 4). Wait for the "System Restore" to complete, which will involve a restart. You will see a "Restoration Complete" window once the process is complete.
