- 1). Open your "Start" menu and click "Control Panel." If you don't see it, look under "Settings."
- 2). Double click on "Regional and Language Options."
- 3). Select the "Languages" tab and click the "Install files for East Asian Languages" checkbox.
- 4). Click "Apply" and then "OK." The language files will now be installed.
