Tricking Windows

• 1). Click "Start," type "cmd" and press "Enter" to launch the command prompt.
  
  
• 2). Type the following into the bar:
  
  REG ADD "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Search" /v CurrentVersion /t REG_SZ /d 99 /f
  
  
• 3). Press "Enter" to add the Windows Search entry to your Windows registry. This entry tricks your computer into believing that Windows Search is installed and activated.
  
  

Disabling Via Internet Explorer

• 1). Click "Tools," then "Options" to launch the Internet Options.
  
  
• 2). Click "Content," then click "Settings" next to "AutoComplete."
  
  
• 3). Click the tick box next to "Address bar" to disable the address bar from remembering autocomplete messages.
  
  
• 4). Click "OK," then click "OK" again to save the settings and close Internet Options.
