- 1). Click the "Windows" logo orb to open the "Start" menu. Choose "All Programs" then "Accessories". Right-click on "Command Prompt" and select "Run as Administrator".
- 2). Type the command "Regsvr32 cstext32.ocx" into the window. Leave out the quotation marks. Press "Enter".
- 3). Close the command prompt window and restart Windows.
