Red Orb and Blue Orb

• 1). Collect all 16 Gym Badges by defeating the Johto and Kanto Gym Leaders. Each Gym Leader specializes in a specific type of Pokemon, so you'll need to develop a diverse team to exploit the elemental weaknesses of each opponent.
  
  
• 2). Visit Mt. Silver, west of the Pokemon League Reception Gate.
  
  
• 3). Navigate to the top of the mountain and battle Red, the strongest Pokemon trainer and the protagonist of the first "Pokemon" video games. Defeat his well-rounded team, which consists of Snorlax, Lapras, Blastoise, Charizard, Venusaur and Pikachu.
  
  
• 4). Return to Pallet Town and visit Professor Oak's laboratory. He will allow you to choose one of the Kanto starter Pokemon: Bulbasaur, Charmander or Squirtle.
  
  
• 5). Visit Mr. Pokemon's house, on the northern section of Route 30 in Johto. If you are playing "HeartGold," he will give you the Blue Orb. If you are playing "SoulSilver," you will receive the Red Orb.
  
  

Jade Orb

• 1). Travel to the Embedded Tower. You can find the cave by exploring Route 47 in Johto. Use Surf and Rock Climb to reach the entrance, which is on a cliff facing the sea.
  
  
• 2). Battle Groudon if you are playing the "SoulSilver" version. Battle Kyorge if you are playing "HeartGold." Both Pokemon are at level 50, so you need to lower their health with attacks before attempting to capture them with Poke Balls.
  
  
• 3). Trade from the opposite version of the game to obtain both Kyorge and Groudon.
  
  
• 4). With both legendary Pokemon on your team, visit Professor Oak in Pallet Town. He will give you the Jade Orb, which you can use to summon Rayquaza at the Embedded Tower.
