- 1). Connect the phone using the Windows Mobile platform to your computer with a USB cable or cradle/dock.
- 2). Open the Microsoft ActiveSync program on your desktop PC. The Microsoft ActiveSync window will open.

Choose "Tools" from the menu of options along the top of this window, and then choose "Options" from the drop-down menu (see graphic). The Settings window will open. - 4). Check the boxes next to the personal folders that you wish to synchronize, and remove the checks in the boxes next to the folders that you do not want to synchronize. Then click "OK" at the bottom of the Settings window.

Return to the main Microsoft ActiveSync window, and click on the green button labeled "Sync" located at the top left of the window (see graphic). The program will synchronize all applicable files.
