    • 1). Place a sheet of newspaper on a table. Place the disposable flash camera face up on the newspaper with the flash farthest from you. Remove the screws from around the front edges of the disposable flash camera with the Phillips screwdriver.

    • 2). Unscrew the lens from the front of the disposable flash camera. Pull the front plate off the disposable flash camera. Place the front plate on the newspaper.

    • 3). Insert the tip of the Phillips screwdriver beneath an edge of the battery in the disposable flash camera. Pull up on the tip to loosen the battery. Pull the battery off the disposable flash camera with your fingers. Repeat this procedure to remove the film cartridge that is inside of the disposable flash camera.

    • 4). Drill two holes side by side in the right side of the front plate with the portable drill.

    • 5). Cut two 6-inch lengths of electric wire with the wire cutters. Strip a half-inch of insulation off of both ends of the two electric wires with the wire strippers.

    • 6). Wrap one end of each of the two electric wires around the head of a metal screw. Heat up the soldering iron for five minutes. Solder the ends of the electric wires to the metal screws. Let the solder cool for a minute.

    • 7). Locate the silver cylinder capacitor on the right side of the disposable flash camera. Solder one of the free ends of an electric wire to the positive (+)-labeled contact at the top of the silver cylinder capacitor. Let the solder cool for a minute.

    • 8). Solder the free end of the other electric wire to the negative (-)-labeled contact at the top of the silver cylinder capacitor. Let the solder cool for a minute.

    • 9). Place a metal screw through each of the holes in the front plate from the inside.

      Apply a drop of bonding glue around the holes out the outside to secure the metal screws to the front plate. Let the bonding glue set for an hour.

      Insert the battery back into its original position on the disposable flash camera. Place the front plate back on the disposable flash camera. Screw the lens back on. Reattach the screws.

      Wind the disposable flash camera's film knob at the first sign of an intruder breaking into your home. Stop winding when the flash light illuminates

    • 13

      Hold the side of the disposable flash camera that has the two metal screws against the intruder's body. Press the shutter release to deliver a shock from your stun gun to the intruder.
