- Update your software frequently via patches downloaded at the manufacturer's website. These patches are free and are often installed automatically once they are downloaded. By updating the version of your software, you will ensure greater compatibility with your operating system and DVD's.
- If your "Rush Hour 3" disc is dirty or damaged, it will not play. Check for any smudges, scratches or unusual markings on both sides of the disc. Even the smallest scratch could render a DVD unplayable.
