    • 1). Loosen the screws on the collar at the top of the satellite tripod with the Phillips screwdriver. Insert the pole at the bottom of the satellite dish into the collar. Push the pole all the way down. Tighten the screws.

    • 2). Loosen the two set screws on the front compartment of the satellite dish with the Torx screwdriver. Insert the dual lateral arm support pole into the front compartment. Tighten the set screws.

    • 3). Loosen the set screws on the two dual transponders with the Torx screwdriver. Place a dual transponder onto each of the two arms at the end of the lateral arm support pole. Tighten the set screws.

    • 4). Loosen the clamps on the side of the sideways transponder arm with the Phillips screwdriver. Place the clamps of the sideways transponder arm onto the side of one of the arms of the lateral support pole. Tighten the clamps. Loosen the set screws on the third transponder with the Torx screwdriver. Place the single transponder onto the pole on the sideways transponder arm. Tighten the screws.

    • 5). Screw in the ends of two coaxial cables into the two outputs on each of the two dual transponders attached to the dual lateral arm support pole. Screw in the end of a coaxial cable into the output on the single transponder attached to the sideways transponder arm.

    • 6). Screw the other ends of the coaxial cables attached to the two dual transponder modules that are on the lateral arm support pole into the 1 to 4 coaxial inputs on the multi-switch. Screw the other end of the coaxial cable that is attached to the single transponder that is on the sideways transponder arm into the "Aux" input on the multi-switch.

    • 7). Screw in the end of a coaxial cable into the No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 outputs on the multi-switch. Snake the coaxial cables over to the satellite receivers and screw their free end into one each of the satellite receivers; the coaxial cable coming from output No. 3 must go into the satellite receiver that either has only one video tuner or which will be used as a single video tuner.

    • 8). Tape the multi-switch to one of the tripod legs with duct tape. Aim the front of the satellite dish in the direction of the overhead satellite that is to provide the TV transmissions; the direction necessary is provided by the satellite service and can be found in the instruction manual that comes with the satellite receivers or on the service's website.
