End Processes

• 1). Press "Shift"+"Ctrl"+"Escape" to open the Task Manager.
  
  
• 2). Click the "Processes" tab of the Task Manager.
  
  
• 3). End the following processes. To end a process, right-click the process and select "End Process" from the context menu that appears.

  CurrentFolder\spunst.exe
  
  ProgramFiles\Video ActiveX Access\iesmin.exe
  
  CurrentFolder\smunst.exe
  
  CurrentFolder\smmon.exe
  
  
• 4). Close the Task Manager.
  
  

Unregister DLLs

• 1). Click the "Windows Start Menu" and then click "Run."
  
  
• 2). Type "cmd" into the Run box and click "OK." The Command Prompt opens.
  
  
• 3). Type "regsvr32 /u splug.dll" (without the quotation marks) into the Command Prompt and press "Enter."
  
  
• 4). Close the Command Prompt.
  
  

Delete Registry Keys

• 1). Click the "Start" button and then click "Run."
  
  
• 2). Type "regedit" into the Run box and click "OK." The Registry Editor opens.
  
  
• 3). Delete the following registry keys from the left pane of the Registry Editor. To delete a registry key, right-click it and select "Delete." Note that deleting the wrong registry key can cause significant system-wide errors.
