How to Use Expandable Memory for the LG CF360
- 1). Buy a MicroSD card for your LG CF360. These are the most common memory cards for cellphones and other small portable devices, so you will have no problem finding one. Local and online cellphone and electronics stores will have the cards in stock. Cards range from 2 GB to 32GB in memory capacity, but the LG CF360 requires you insert at least an 8 GB MicroSD card.
- 2). Shut your phone off and close it (slide it down).
- 3). Lift up the slot for the memory card on the top of the phone. This plastic cover is on the top of the phone.
- 4). Insert your MicroSD card into the slot and shut the cover. Make sure to insert the card in the correct direction. It will only fit in the phone one way, so if it isn't easily sliding in, don't force it. The logo will be facing upwards and the card won't fully clip into place until the cover is closed. Consult the user's manual or the direction on your MicroSD card to ensure you're inserting it correctly.
- 5). Turn on your phone to store additional data. You can access saved data in the same way as if it were saved on the phone's internal memory. The difference is you now have the option of removing the MicroSD card and remotely reading its data.
