- 1). Insert the Autodesk install disk into your computer's CD/DVD drive. The installer program will launch automatically when you close the drive tray.
- 2). Click the "Install Products" option in the left portion of the auto-run screen.
- 3). Click the check box next to each product you wish to install, then click "Next" twice.
- 4). Fill out the required text boxes with the information asked for, then either select "Free 30-day Trial" or "I have my product information." If you selected the latter, you will also need to input your Autodesk product's serial number and product key. Click the "Next" button once you have filled out all the required fields.
- 5). Click the "Configure" button to customize your install--you can select what type of installation you wish, what specific components of the product you want included in the install and select a new installation directory--or press "Install" to accept the default configuration and begin the installation. If you select "Install," you will need to verify your choice before the actual installation process begins.
