- 1). Download and install the antivirus program of your choice, such as Microsoft Security Essentials, Panda Cloud Antivirus, or AVG. If you already have an antivirus program, make sure it's up to date by clicking the "Download Updates" button.
- 2). Open the antivirus program and select "Full Scan" when prompted.
- 3). Select "Remove All" once the scan finishes.
- 4). Restart your computer. Atraps.gen will now be removed from your PC.
