- 1). Right-click on the "My Computer" icon and select "Properties."
- 2). Click on "Device Manager."
- 3). Select the "General" tab and click on the device you want to remove to highlight it.
- 4). Right-click on the device and select the "Uninstall" option.
- 5). Click "OK" to confirm the device's removal in the "Confirm Device Removal" dialogue box.
- 6). Close the "Device Manager" window.
- 7). Click "Start," then "Restart Computer." When the computer fully restarts, the device and its drivers will be removed from the system's registry.
