How to Put Photos on Animated Software

    • 1). Open the Start menu by clicking the Windows logo in the bottom-left portion of the desktop. Select "All Programs" and locate an installed graphics and animation program. Click directly on its name to run the application. Adobe Photoshop, Corel Painter and PhotoPerfect are examples of graphics and animation editing programs.

    • 2). Click directly on the link entitled "File" at the top of the application. Scroll down and select "Open" from the list of available options. The next window will display the contents of your computer, typically from the "My Pictures" folder.

    • 3). Navigate the computer from the popup window and locate the picture that you want opened in the graphics and animation software. Click directly on it, until the picture is highlighted. Click "Open" at the bottom of the popup window to open the image within the program.

    • 4). Edit the image using your application. View the edges on any side of the application for a set of tool boxes that allows users to paint, crop, blur, draw or rotate the image. If the tool boxes are not displayed, click on an option titled "Effects," "Edit," "Filter," "Layer" or something similar. Choose from a list of available options to add a specific effect to the photo. After making changes to the image, click "File" from the top left portion of the program, and select "Save" to save the photo.
