How to Connect Polycom Visual Concert
- 1). Confirm that the Polycom People+Content software is installed on the presentation computer and that the computer has network access.
- 2). Connect the Visual Concert to a nearby network jack using a network cable.
- 3). Connect the presentation computer to the Visual Concert using the provided video cable equipped with the attached mini-pin audio and network cables. Connect the VGA cable to the VGA ports on both the computer and the Visual Concert. Connect the mini-pin audio cable to the mini-pin plug on the Visual Concert and the headphone jack on the computer. Connect the network cable to the networking jacks on both the Visual Concert and the computer.
- 4). Connect to the remote site using the Polycom People+Content video-conferencing software.
- 5). Press the purple "Play" button on the Visual Concert add-on to begin transmitting video and audio.
