- 1). Enter your vehicle with your used remote and your ignition key with all of the doors and the trunk closed.
- 2). Insert your key into the ignition.
- 3). Turn the key to the "On" position, press the "Lock" button on your remote and return the key back to the "Off" position.
- 4). Repeat the previous step three more types, ending in the "On" position with the key after the fourth cycle.
- 5). Press the "Lock" button on your remote to initiate the programming sequence.
- 6). Press "Lock" again on any additional remotes, waiting for the locks to cycle after each remote to indicate successful programming.
- 7). Remove the key from the ignition to end the programming sequence.
