- 1). Insert the ends of the DIN release tools into the slots on either end of the stereo. There are two sets of two slots on either side of the stereo. The DIN tools are horseshoe-shaped tools. The ends or tips of the DIN tool are inserted into these holes.
- 2). Apply pressure outward on each tool and pull the stereo out toward you.
- 3). Remove the ISO plug from the back of the stereo and unplug the antenna.
