- 1). Connect your data cable to your Blackberry and plug the USB end into the computer. Double-click your desktop manager icon to open the program.
- 2). Locate the "Backup and Restore" button on the desktop manager and click it.
- 3). Wait for the options to populate. Select "Advanced" and wait for the "Device Databases" list to finish opening.
- 4). Locate the "Calendar" link on the left of the screen by scrolling through the options. Click the link.
- 5). Click "Clear." Wait for the sync to complete, then close the desktop manager and disconnect the Blackberry from the computer.
