- 1). Insert the key and turn the ignition to "On" without starting the engine.
- 2). Press the "Power" button on the radio. Wait for a message to appear on the display indicating it is locked.
- 3). Press the radio preset number buttons to enter the security code. The first and third numbers in the code represent the number of times the digits after them must be entered. For example, if your code is 5234, press the "2" button five times, followed by the "4" button three times. The radio unlocks after the final digit is entered.
