- 1). Click "Start," right click "My Computer" and then click "Manage."
- 2). Click the plus (+) sign next to "Services and Applications," then click on "Services" and click the "Standard" tab.
- 3). Scroll through the list of services and locate "Help and Support."
- 4). Double click on "Help and Support," and where it says "Startup Type" change the dropdown field to "Disabled." Click "Apply," and then click "Ok."
