- 1). Right-click on the JPEG file to open the File context menu.
- 2). Click the “Open With” option. A list of installed programs opens.
- 3). Click the “Paint” option. The JPEG opens in the Paint application.
- 4). Click on the bottom-right corner of the JPEG image, and then drag the right corner inward toward the center of the image. The size of the JPEG image is reduced. Alternatively, drag the right corner outward to increase the size of the image.
- 5). Click the “Paint” button on the top navigation bar, and then click “Save” to save your changes to the image.
