    • 1). Use the PDF to DXF Converter offered by Aide CAD (see the link in the Reference section). This software allows you to convert thousands of PDF documents to DXF with a batch processing function. Add each individual PDF file or a folder full of files to the project list, define your output folder, and click "Convert" to start the job. The program is compatible with Windows and a free trial is available.

    • 2). Convert your PDF file using Able2Extract, a DXF conversion program from Investintech (see the link in the Reference section). After downloading this utility you can immediately start uploading PDF documents. Add the PDF to your project then choose the option to convert to DXF. You can then load the DXF file in your AutoCAD program. The program, which is compatible with Windows operating systems, is available for a free trial for a limited time so you can test it to ensure it meets your needs.

    • 3). Create your DXF from a PDF file using pdf2cad from VisualIntegrity (see the link in the Reference section). This program can extract CAD drawing elements from a PDF file within a few seconds. You can convert the entire file or just a few pages, then rotate the output using this utility. Simply drag a PDF file from your computer onto the pdf2cad icon on your desktop to start the conversion. Download a trial copy of the program first, then choose between a basic, Pro CL, Pro Service or Pro SDK option for both regular users and developers.
