Jennifer Lawrence Makes Everything Alright in White

Jennifer Lawrence hasn’t been spotted out in public since that terrible, awful thing that happened when her cell phone photos were shockingly stolen and posted across the internet. But now Jen has a movie to promote, a very big in movie in fact, which means it’s finally time for her to put on a happy smile and face the cameras for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 premiere. It might have been one of the toughest challenges of her life, but hey, at least she had three exquisitely styled, white hot ensembles to mark her big return. “Look at me! I’m a real life Victor walking tall and proud!”

Public School Pant Suit

For her first call of duty, Lawrence attended a London photocall for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 alongside fellow cast members Julianne Moore, Liam Hemsworth, Donald Sutherland, Elizabeth Banks, Sam Claflin, Natalie Dormer and Stanley Tucci. They all appeared perfectly poised, but making her big entrance (and impression), Lawrence donned a tailored white pan suit by Public School, teamed with a simple black cami, Brian Atwood pumps, and an EF Collection necklace. Despite admitting to battling strep throat, she still looked flawless with her grown-out, choppy hair styled with a gentle wave, a mint green polish to her nails and a subtle cat eye liner effect.

J'Adore Dior

Jennifer Lawrence’s next work stop took her to the red carpet of the Mockingjay Part 1 premiere at London’s Leicester Square where, once again, she stepped out in a white hot outfit. This time it was a quilted Christian Dior dress – her endorsed brand of course – which was delicately accented with pale blue floral detailing, a backless plunge cut-out and waterfall hemline that grazed the floor with its train. She teamed the dress with black strappy sandals (not my favorite) and a swept back up-do with matching black headband. Later while exiting the theater, Lawrence was spotted keeping warm beneath a double breasted black coat dress.

Slinky Mugler

Finally, for the Mockinjay London after party, our Jen donned a third white number, this time in the form of a slinky halter neck gown by Mugler’s creative director, David Koma. The risqué number featured a very deep V-neck cut, combined with an open back and metal detailing to the front. Allegedly Lawrence suffered something of a nip slip in this dress later that evening, but here she looks beautiful and composed, rocking the same swept back hair style and swapping out her black shoes for a pair of silver open-toed sandals with David Webb jewels.

Three highly publicized events, three perfect outfit choices and one stunning actress. Move out of the way people because J-Law is back on her A-game!!
