- 1). Press the "Start" button in the lower left-hand corner of your computer screen.
- 2). Press the "Computer" menu and double-click the mouse over the hard drive letter containing the video or image file you wish to open with your video or photo service.
- 3). Double-click on the folder containing the video or image file. Right-click on the video or image and choose "Open with."
- 4). Choose the video or photo service you wish to access. Left-click on the service to access it to open the selected file.
