- 1). Download and install a program such as Intelliscore Polyphonic or Convert MP3 to Ringtone that can convert your MP3 files to ringtone MID.
- 2). Choose the option to add an MP3 file to the conversion process--usually a button marked "add" or an icon with a plus symbol. Double-click on your MP3 file. Choose whether you know what instruments are in the original audio. You can then pick which instrument to use in a dropdown menu.
- 3). Click "Finish" or "Convert" or a similarly worded button to generate your MIDI ringtone. Find the ringtone by hitting a button that's often marked "output folder" or something similar.
