- 1). Upgrade your computer's random access memory (RAM). Alternately, close down any applications you are not using to free up memory for "ToonTown."
- 2). Close any programs that use a constant Internet connection to free up bandwidth. Exit out of peer-to-peer file sharing and music streaming and downloading programs and stop any current downloads.
- 3). Update your video card drivers. Older drivers sometimes display graphics that are choppy or lag. Visit your video card manufacturer's website to obtain the drivers.
- 4). Upgrade the speed of your Internet connection. Contact your ISP and increase the bandwidth of your Internet plan.
- 5). Check Windows Update to make sure you have the latest system updates. Click the "Start" menu, click "All Programs" and click "Windows Update" to launch Windows Update. Install any updates you do not yet have.
