It's ironic that she's known as the "Material Girl," considering the barely-there lingerie outfits she donned in the '80s.
- Punker Billy Idol wore an unforgettable scowl and a spiked, punked-platinum blond hairstyle to match. This '80s wig features blond spikes covering the head. For Halloween, add some black biker gloves, a black choker with silver studs, black pants and a T-shirt and you're ready for your "Rebel Yell." Don't forget to practice the famous scowl.
