How to Have a Perfect Christmas

Christmas time is a time for family, for fun and for relaxing.
Since it is the only time of year that an entire family is usually together for more than a few minutes, you want to make the most of it an create a Christmas that will last forever in the memory.
There are a few simple and fun things that you can do to make this year's holiday just that bit more special, and I'll go into a few ideas here.
First of all, go and buy a Christmas tree as a family, and take your time choosing the perfect one (obviously I mean buying a 'real' Christmas tree here as opposed to a fake one.
There's something about going out on a cold winter day as a group that really brings everyone together.
Secondly, on Christmas day you want to have a mixture of kids (or teenagers) and adults cooking the Christmas dinner.
Try to get everyone involved, and give each person their own job to do (for example, get one person to be in charge of cooking the stuffing).
One of the traditions that I've come to live by, and that I now really appreciate is the present opening tradition.
My family does not open their presents until after lunch (actually, we are allowed to open just one present in the morning).
After lunch we have a designated 'present giver' who chooses one from under the tree, reads out who it's from and who it's to, then gives it out to the person it's for.
