- 1). Remove the empty inkjet cartridge from your printer. You might wish to wrap it in a paper towel or tissue to prevent the possibility of the last little bit of ink leaking out.
- 2). Convey your empty printer cartridge to the nearest Staples or Offie Depot office store in your area. Office Depot will even send you prepaid shipping boxes to return your used ink cartridges in. Simply call 1-800-463-3768 ("Go Depot") and order the boxes you need.
- 3). Present the empty cartridge at any cash register. Both Staples and Office Depot will gladly accept it for recycling with no charge to you. Or mail your cartridges to the Office Depot address listed on the prepaid ink cartridge recycling boxes.
