- 1). Click the Windows "Start." Click "Run" and type "%SystemRoot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe" (without quotes), and then click "OK." Click "Create a restore point" on the "Welcome to System Restore Page" and click "Next." Type in a name for your restore point and click "Create." Click "Close." This will back up the registry and the system.
- 2). Press "Ctrl," "Alt," and "Delete" together to open the Windows Task Manager. Click the "Processes" tab.
- 3). Scroll down and click "winspool.exe." Click "End Process." Perform the same procedure for the following remaining processes:
wpap.exe
dalia2.exe,
wpap.exedalia2.exe
Close the Task Manager. - 4). Click the Windows "Start" button and click "Search." Click "Search All Files and Folders" to open the search box.
- 5). Search for and delete the following file:
winspool.exe
dali.reg
system.bat
wpap.exe
dalia2.exe
dalia2.exe
wpap.exe - 6). Empty the recycle bin to complete the removal process.
