Hi, my name is Nicole Lundy, Master Makeup Artist at nelanibeauty.com, and I'm going to talk to you about how to apply moisturizer with a cotton pad. So, the tools you need are a cotton pad and moisturizer. Now, you want to start at your forehead. When you're applying the moisturizer to your forehead, you want to go in the opposite direction of each other. So, when you're complete with the forehead, then you go down the nose, under the eyes and across the cheeks. You want to make sure to get the temples and the side of your eyes and then also go down the neck. Also get under the nose and down the chin.
