- 1). Take your crib to your local Walmart store in its box. Walmart will not accept your return if it is not in its original box.
- 2). Go to the customer service department to return the crib. If you have the receipt for the crib, give it to the customer service employee. If you do not have the receipt, you can still return the crib but you will not receive a cash refund.
- 3). Sign the receipt given to you by the Walmart employee once she has completed the return process for your crib. If you provided the receipt, you will receive a cash refund. If you did not provide a receipt, you will get your refund in the form of a Walmart gift card.
