No one looks good in a belly! This is even more so when you are not very tall.
But tall or not, being a belly man in not something to be coveted.
Pardon me if I sound too harsh and direct.
The fact is that we need to hear the truth sometimes and hear it loud and clear.
If you are sick and tired of your belly flab and instead want a firm or even ripped, washboard ab, it can be yours.
The good news is that male abs are easy to sculpt into a six pack with some good effort.
May be you don't even want a six pack ab but just want firmer stomach, then you will be well on your way by the time you are done reading this article.
This may surprise you, but contrary to what many people think, flat abs are not the exclusive preserve of Hollywood celebrities, nor are they only for the elite of fitness and bodybuilding people.
Everyone can get flat abs, even you, solong as they are willing to make some adjustments in their eating and exercise habits.
Now to get rid of your belly flab, and start building your stomach muscles, two things are essential- exercise and proper diet.
Exercise If you hate exercise and would not be seen alive doing anything that mimics exercise in the slightest sense of it, then your probably need to keep the title of a belly man.
But if you are willing to accept the rigors of exercise and if you don't mind having a good day getting down and dirty with your ab exercises, then there is certainly good hope for you.
But exercise is hard you protest.
Yes, we know but the hardest part is that first step.
Once you take that first step and get into an abs exercise routine for yourself, you will need little effort to keep the momentum going.
May be all you want is a belly off and a little firming of your stomach, then you should be able to considerably cut down on the ab exercises that you have to do.
Diet change The other thing apart from your abs exercise routine is to eat in a healthy manner.
This also involves the amount of alcohol you consume on a routine basis.
Just be reasonable with what you eat and how much of it that you eat.
As always, be sure to consult with your doctor before starting on an exercise or diet routine and pretty soon, you won't have to bear the infamous title of a belly man.
