How to Build Muscular Strength From 1 Lift!

In order to gain true strength you have got to work your body in such a way so that it is forced to get stronger.
This means to lift with heavy weight and to do so with full concentration and flawless technique.
I have included a single lift here that will do just that for you as long as you apply proper technique and train with the intensity of an athlete.
Read on if I have your attention.
The Dual Kettlebell Thrusters If you want to experience what it feels like to exert yourself and take your body to the physical limit then dual kettlebell thrusters are a great lift for you to do just that.
You may be familiar with the ancient style of kettlebell training by now and understand that this style of working out is very dynamic in nature and has the reputation of helping most anyone pack on some serious muscle and develop superior strength.
In order to increase muscular strength you must engage in lifts and movements that involve multiple joints.
When you do this you initiate the involvement of many muscle groups.
Dual kettlebell thrusters are a great lift for helping you to maximize this training need.
To execute this lift you will obviously need the availability of a pair of bells of moderate to heavy intensity.
Set the bells on the ground between your feet.
From here properly clean and rack the bells to your chest to where they are secure in front of your body.
Next, perform a front squat while maintaining the balance and position of the bells.
As you descend try to squat deep enough so that your elbows touch the insides of your knees for a sufficient squatting range of motion.
Come up out of the squat and lock out your hips and knees.
Once you stand then simply perform a press with both bells overhead.
Once you complete the overhead press then simply lower the bells back to your chest and go right into the next squat to start the series over again.
Simply continue to squat and press the bells in a continuous movement until the desired number of reps is reached in the set.
If you haven't tried this then you are missing out on a hard hitting strength training workout.
