More Fruits You need to eat more fruits if you are overweight.
Fruits are what nature intended us to eat.
They are the perfect shape and also have a lot of water content.
Let me give you an example: last night I ate a huge box of frozen raspberries.
It took me 30 minutes to eat them all and it only contained 150 calories!! That's the great thing about fruit.
It fills you up but you can't gain any weight! Less Sugar Believe me, I know how hard it is to cut down on sugar.

But if you want to lose weight then you really must do.
One way to make this easier is to keep a small squeezable honey bottle nearby.
If you get hunger pangs for sugar and you just cannot resist then squeeze a couple of drops of this natural honey onto your tongue.
Less Refined Foods Much of what we eat is refined.
The food industry is highly responsible for this.
They tease us and our taste buds with white bread, white pasta, white sugar, candies and more when it is all bad for us.
Try switching to less refined.
For instance, I switched to wholewheat pasta and discovered that with a good sauce, it tastes just as good as white pasta.
