Increase the Effectiveness of Exercise - Burn Fat at Double the Speed
If you want to lose weight you must do some form of exercise.
If you workout correctly you can make losing weight easy, but if you exercise wrong it can make losing the fat a struggle.
It is a common belief that the more exercise you do the more weight you will lose, now this is correct to an extent.
If you exercise twice a day, for an hour each, that would be fine.
But, if you exercised for 2 hours straight, then this would be as effective.
Your body can only exercise for about an hour until it start to break down muscle mass, instead of body fat.
This is bad as muscle is needed to keep you metabolism high.
So try to keep your workout under an hour long.
To lose double the weight in half the time increase the intensity of your exercise.
It should be challenging for you, you must force your body to change.
Each workout should become more intense as you become fitter.
By progressing in you workouts your body won't be able to get used to it an will keep on burning off the fat.
More intensity will increase the calories you burn and will raise your metabolism higher.
If you workout at about 90% of your full potential you will only have to exercise for around 20 mins.
This will be enough to burn many calories.
Intense exercise is much more effective than long and slow exercise.
You will become fitter and leaner much quicker.
