Answer: If your gun collection is primarily for display purposes (as opposed to shooting), very little care is required. At most, you may have to clean cosmoline from a newly purchased gun. Beyond that, an occasional dusting should suffice.
If you are planning to shoot the guns in your collection, typical cleaning and maintenance will typically only take a few minutes per gun after a day of shooting.
