If you look at society right now the person who can hit a baseball, is worth millions more than the person who can teach children.
The professional hockey player has way more monetary value than the paramedic who can save you after a car accident.

The list goes on, we could discuss the lower value we put on the people who build our houses, or remove our trash, or the stay at home moms and dads who want to be their for their kids.
How did this valuation system start? We are told that your education, talent, job type, and how hard you work all come into play.
Now, first of all, a part of me says good for the athletes and actors and singers who can make millions off of their talent.
But to say that their monetary value is greater than the nurse, or the guy working the shovel to repair our roads is, well, wrong.
If you stop and think about the way our world has gone, their is much more value put on the 'stars' than there ever has been on the regular people, who ensure that our society can function.
Luckily, the 'average' citizen can change this.
I'm not saying you can change the value of movie or sports stars, you can determine your own monetary value.
How? With the Internet.
The Internet has all of the tools we need in order to earn as much money as we require.
There are a lot of people who told their bosses that they were worth more and walked away.
Any person who has determination can start making money on the Internet.
It is not always easy, but then your present job is not always easy.
The main difference is the harder you work the more money you earn.
